Information about procedure
We devided these applications into two sittings. It was much better for patient's adaptation and getting used to herself. Firts application on zygomatic bone to create a zygomatic arch which in this case is dysplastic and to lift nasolabial fold. This was much more complicated than on other pacients because her syndrome has smaller and softer bone tissue. Another application was to the anteromedial cheek since using cannula near foramen infraorbitale is much safer. Application to lateral and medial supraorbital fat pads to support lower eyelid. And the last step of our application was using fanning technique with cannula to the malar fat pad, for the volume correction, We applied a total of 6.2 ml of hyaluronic acid.
